Dhar Bhojshala : भोजशाला मंदिर-कमाल मौला मस्जिद विवाद मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। हिंदू पक्ष के वकील के अनुसार अदालत ने भोजशाला परिसर को हिंदू मंदिर माना है। कोर्ट ने जैन समाज और मुस्लिम पक्ष की याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया है। यह निर्णय भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (ASI) की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर लिया गया है, जिस पर अदालत ने भरोसा जताया है। भोजशाला मामले में अदालत के फैसले ने परिसर को देवी वाग्देवी के मंदिर के रूप में मान्यता दी है। धार में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है। मामले की संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए पुलिस और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी हाई अलर्ट पर हैं।
एडवोकेट विष्णु शंकर जैन ने कही ये बात
धार भोजशाला मामले पर अधिवक्ता विष्णु शंकर जैन ने कहा कि इंदौर उच्च न्यायालय ने ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए 7 अप्रैल, 2003 के एएसआई के आदेश को आंशिक रूप से रद्द कर दिया है। इसके अलावा, न्यायालय ने हिंदू पक्ष को पूजा-अर्चना का अधिकार प्रदान किया है और भोजशाला परिसर को राजा भोज की संपत्ति के रूप में मान्यता दी है। लंदन के एक संग्रहालय में रखी हमारी मूर्ति को वापस लाने की मांग के संबंध में, न्यायालय ने सरकार को इस अनुरोध पर विचार करने का निर्देश दिया है; न्यायालय ने यह भी कहा है कि मुस्लिम पक्ष भी सरकार के समक्ष अपने विचार रखने के लिए स्वतंत्र है। इसके अतिरिक्त, न्यायालय ने सरकार से मुस्लिम पक्ष को वैकल्पिक भूमि आवंटित करने पर विचार करने को कहा है। न्यायालय ने हमें पूजा-अर्चना करने का अधिकार प्रदान किया है और सरकार को स्थल के प्रबंधन की निगरानी करने का निर्देश दिया है। एएसआई का पिछला आदेश, जिसमें नमाज अदा करने का अधिकार दिया गया था, पूरी तरह से रद्द कर दिया गया है; अब से वहां केवल हिंदू पूजा-अर्चना ही होगी।
भोज उत्सव समिति ने जताई खुशी (Dhar Bhojshala)
भोज उत्सव समिति के अध्यक्ष सुमित चौधरी ने अदालत के फैसले पर खुशी जताते हुए इसे हिंदू समाज के वर्षों पुराने संघर्ष की जीत बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि 1935 में हिंदू भोज समिति की स्थापना करने वाले कार्यकर्ताओं ने इस मुद्दे के लिए अपना पूरा जीवन समर्पित कर दिया था। बड़ी संख्या में मौजूद हिंदू समाज ने इस निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए सभी पक्षकारों, अधिवक्ताओं और इस संघर्ष से जुड़े लोगों का आभार व्यक्त किया। संगठन के प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा कि यह फैसला लंबे समय से चल रहे प्रयासों का परिणाम है और इसके लिए सभी सूत्रधारों को धन्यवाद दिया जाना चाहिए।
