IRCTC Scam Case : राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (आरजेडी) के अध्यक्ष लालू प्रसाद यादव, उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी और बेटे तेजस्वी यादव के खिलाफ भारतीय रेलवे खानपान और पर्यटन निगम (IRCTC) घोटाले से संबंधित एक मामले में भ्रष्टाचार, आपराधिक साजिश और धोखाधड़ी के आरोप तय किए हैं।
विशेष न्यायाधीश (पीसी एक्ट) विशाल गोगने ने इस मामले में सोमवार को यह आदेश पारित किया। केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने आरोप लगाया है कि लालू यादव, जो 2004 से 2009 तक रेल मंत्री रहे, ने अपनी स्थिति का दुरुपयोग करते हुए निजी कंपनी सुजाता होटल्स को रांची और पुरी में दो आईआरसीटीसी होटलों के पट्टे के लिए अनुचित तरीके से ठेके दिए।
‘ट्रायल का सामना करेंगे’
इतना ही नहीं इसके बदले में, उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी और बेटे तेजस्वी यादव से जुड़ी एक कंपनी को बाजार मूल्य से काफी कम कीमत पर करोड़ों की जमीन हस्तांतरित की गई। कोर्ट ने लालू यादव के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार और आपराधिक साजिश के आरोप तय किए, जबकि राबड़ी देवी और तेजस्वी यादव पर भी साजिश और धोखाधड़ी के कई अपराधों के आरोप लगाए गए हैं। लालू प्रसाद यादव, राबड़ी यादव और तेजस्वी यादव तीनों ने आरोपों को स्वीकार करने से इनकार किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वो ट्रायल का सामना करेंगे।
दिल्ली की कोर्ट ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ उनकी कथित भूमिका के आधार पर अलग-अलग धाराओं में आरोप तय किए थे। राबड़ी देवी और तेजस्वी यादव पर धोखाधड़ी और षड्यंत्र रचने के अपराध के लिए आईपीसी की धारा 420 और 120बी के तहत आरोप लगाए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि वे मुकदमे का सामना करेंगे। कोर्ट ने अलग-अलग धाराओं के तहत आरोप तय किए हैं। हालांकि, सभी आरोपियों पर आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचने का आरोप है। लालू प्रसाद यादव ने खुद को निर्दोष बताया है और उनका कहना है कि वे मुकदमे का सामना करेंगे।
बीती 24 सितंबर को विशेष न्यायाधीश विशाल गोगने ने पूर्व रेल मंत्री लालू प्रसाद यादव, उनकी पत्नी व बिहार की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री राबड़ी देवी, उनके बेटे व पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव सहित अन्य आरोपियों को उक्त तारीख पर पेश होने का निर्देश दिया था।
अदालत ने मामले में सभी पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद 29 मई को अपना निर्णय सुरक्षित रख लिया था। यह मामला 2004 से 2009 के बीच रेल मंत्री के रूप में लालू प्रसाद यादव के कार्यकाल के दौरान आईआरसीटीसी होटलों के रखरखाव के ठेकों के आवंटन में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों से संबंधित है।
