Rahul Gandhi Passport : राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी की नया पासपोर्ट जारी करने के लिए एनओसी की मांग वाली याचिका आंशिक रूप से स्वीकार कर ली है। कोर्ट ने तीन साल के लिए एनओसी दी है। इससे पहले दिल्ली कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी पासपोर्ट मामले पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।

कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने 10 साल की अवधि के लिए एक नया साधारण पासपोर्ट हासिल करने के लिए एनओसी मांग वाली याचिका दाखिल की थी। पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने इसका विरोध किया था। स्वामी ने दिल्ली ने दिल्ली की एक अदालत में जवाब दाखिल करते हुए कहा था कि आवेदक के पास दस साल के लिए पासपोर्ट जारी करने का कोई वैध या प्रभावी कारण नहीं है।
स्वामी ने अदालत में कहा, आवेदन में दस साल के लिए पासपोर्ट जारी करने के लिए कोई योग्यता नहीं है। अदालत अनुमति देने के लिए विवेक का इस्तेमाल कर सकती है। न्यायालय न्याय व कानून के व्यापक क्षेत्रों में राहुल गांधी के मुकदमे पर फैसले लेने में अन्य संबंधित मामलों की जांच और विश्लेषण के बाद अनुमति देने के विवेक का इस्तेमाल कर सकता है।
