नई दिल्ली। Rajya Sabha elections : चुनाव आयोग ने राज्यसभा चुनाव के तारीखों का एलान कर दिया है। आयोग द्वारा जारी कार्यक्रम के अनुसार, राज्यसभा की 24 खाली सीटों को भरने के लिए आगामी 18 जून को मतदान कराया जाएगा।

चुनाव आयोग के नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक, एक जून को नोटिफिकेशन जारी होगा। इसके बाद 9 जून को नामांकन की जांच की जाएगी, 11 जून को नामांकन वापस लिया जाएगा। इसके बाद दस राज्यों की 24 सीटों पर 18 जून को मतदान होगा। राज्यसभा चुनाव के लिए मतदान सुबह 9 से शाम 4 बजे तक होगा।
10 राज्यों के लिए होगा चुनाव
चुनाव आयोग (Rajya Sabha elections) ने शुक्रवार को 18 जून को 24 राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए चुनाव की घोषणा की। एक बयान में, EC ने कहा कि राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए चुनाव 10 राज्यों में होंगे, जहां मौजूदा सदस्य 21 जून से 19 जुलाई के बीच अलग-अलग तारीखों पर रिटायर हो रहे हैं।
किस राज्य में कितनी सीटें खाली?
राज्यसभा चुनाव आंध्र प्रदेश, गुजरात और कर्नाटक में चार-चार सीटों पर, मध्य प्रदेश और राजस्थान में तीन-तीन सीटों पर, झारखंड में दो सीटों पर; और मणिपुर, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश और मिजोरम में एक-एक सीट पर होंगे।
इन नेताओं का खत्म हो रहा कार्यकाल
बता दें कि राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे, पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री एच डी देवेगौड़ा, मध्य प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह, केंद्रीय मंत्री जॉर्ज कूरियन, और रवनीत सिंह बिट्टू समेत 24 नेताओं क कार्यकाल समाप्त हो रहा है।
