नई दिल्ली: Sonam Wangchuk लद्दाख में विरोध-प्रदर्शन के जिम्मेदार ठहराए गए सोशल एक्टिविस्ट सोनम वांगचुक की पत्नी गीतांजलि अंगमो ने उनकी रिहाई की मांग करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. बता दें, वांगचुक को 26 सितंबर को कड़े राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून के तहत हिरासत में लिया गया था.

दो दिन पहले ही लद्दाख को राज्य का दर्जा और छठी अनुसूची का दर्जा देने की मांग को लेकर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में हुए विरोध प्रदर्शनों में चार लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 90 लोग घायल हो गए थे. वह इस समय राजस्थान की जोधपुर जेल में बंद हैं. आंग्मो ने वकील सर्वम रीतम खरे के माध्यम से दायर अपनी याचिका में वांगचुक की नजरबंदी को चुनौती दी है और उनकी तत्काल रिहाई की मांग की है. याचिका में वांगचुक पर राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून (एनएसए) लगाने के फैसले पर भी सवाल उठाए गए हैं.
अंगमो ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें अभी तक हिरासत आदेश की कॉपी नहीं मिली है, जो नियमों का उल्लंघन है. इसके अलावा, उन्होंने कहा कि अभी तक उनका वांगचुक से कोई संपर्क नहीं हुआ है. हाल ही में लद्दाख प्रशासन ने वांगचुक के खिलाफ ‘जासूसी’ के दावों को खारिज कर दिया था.
इससे पहले सोनम वांगचुक की पत्नी ने पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई की आलोचना भी की थी. उन्होंने दावा करते हुए कहा कि सोनम वांगचुक को केवल बलि का बकरा बनाया जा रहा है. यह एक मनगढ़ंत चाल है. उन्होंने सुरक्षाबलों की भूमिका पर भी सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि सीआरपीएफ को गोली चलाने का आदेश किसने दिया. कौन अपने ही लोगों पर फायरिंग करता है और खासकर ऐसा इलाका जहां आज तक कोई विरोध-प्रदर्शन नही हुआ है.
उन्होंने जोर देते हुए कहा कि सोनम वांगचुक केवल शांतिपूर्ण विरोध-प्रदर्शन में शामिल हुए थे. वे किसी को भी भड़का नहीं सकते. इन सबके बारे में उन्हें कोई जानकारी भी नहीं थी.
