देहरादून: CM ANNOUNCEMENTS मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की ओर से प्रदेश के तमाम विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में की गई सीएम घोषणाओं को जल्द से जल्द लागू करने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है. इसी क्रम में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री घोषणाओं के तहत विधानसभा क्षेत्रों यमकेश्वर, पौड़ी, श्रीनगर, चौबट्टाखाल, लैंसडाउन और कोटद्वार की समीक्षा की.
बैठक के दौरान सीएम धामी ने अधिकारियों को तमाम जरूरी दिशा निर्देश भी दिए. इसके साथ ही सीएम ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि प्रदेश के सभी विकासखंडों में बालिका छात्रावास खोला जाए. सीएम धामी ने सीएम घोषणाओं को समय पर पूरा करने और उनकी प्रभावी निगरानी के लिए प्रोग्राम इवैल्यूएशन एंड रिव्यू टेक्निक (पीईआरटी) चार्ट तैयार किया जाए.
इसके साथ ही बिजली, पेयजल, वनाग्नि, मानव-वन्यजीव संघर्ष और सड़क से संबंधित समस्याओं का विभाग जल्द से जल्द समाधान करें. स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बेहतर बनाने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए. विधायको की ओर से अपने क्षेत्रों की जिन समस्याओं को उठाया जा रहा है, अधिकारी उन्हें गंभीरता से लेते हुए प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उनका समाधान करें.
इसके साथ ही सीएम (CM ANNOUNCEMENTS) ने सख्त निर्देश दिए कि जिन घोषणाओं के अभी तक शासनादेश जारी नहीं हुए हैं, उन्हें 15 जून 2026 तक जारी किया जाए. साथ ही सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय बनाकर, जनता की समस्याओं का समाधान करें.
सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य के हर विकासखंड में बालिकाओं के लिए एक-एक छात्रावास बनाया जाएगा. इसके लिए प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में छात्राओं की सर्वाधिक संख्या वाले विद्यालयों को चिन्हित करते हुए आवश्यक भूमि उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए गए.
उन्होंने कहा कि रघुनाथ मंदिर, कोट ब्लॉक स्थित लक्ष्मण मंदिर और फलस्वाड़ी स्थित सीता माता मंदिर को धार्मिक सर्किट के रूप में भव्यता से विकसित किया जाए. सीएम ने कहा कि विधायकों की ओर से केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन खोलने के लिए दिए जा रहे प्रस्तावों पर शिक्षा विभाग और संबंधित जिलाधिकारी केंद्र सरकार के मानकों के अनुरूप सभी आवश्यक कार्यवाही करें, ताकि प्रस्ताव केंद्र सरकार को भेजे जाने पर उन्हें जल्द स्वीकृति मिल सके.
युवाओं को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए पौड़ी में मल्टीपरपज हॉल बनाया जाए. सीएम ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि विधायकों की ओर से बैठक में उठाई गई समस्याओं का संबंधित विभागीय सचिव प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान करें.
उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री घोषणाओं से संबंधित रोपवे प्रकरणों की अलग से समीक्षा की जाए. साथ ही पार्किंग की समस्याओं का प्राथमिकता से समाधान किया जाए और सरकारी कार्यालयों में नियमित रूप से सोलर पैनल लगाए जाएं.
