चीनी सरकारी मीडिया शिन्हुआ की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, दोनों नेताओं के बीच बंद कमरे में हुई बैठक के दौरान शी जिनपिंग ने कहा कि ताइवान का मुद्दा चीन-अमेरिका संबंधों की सबसे संवेदनशील और अहम कड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर इस मुद्दे को सावधानी और समझदारी से संभाला गया, तो दोनों देशों के रिश्तों में स्थिरता बनी रह सकती है। लेकिन अगर इसमें दखल बढ़ा या गलत कदम उठाए गए, तो इससे पूरे द्विपक्षीय संबंध खतरे में पड़ सकते हैं।

जिनपिंग ने क्या कहा?

शी जिनपिंग ने कहा कि अगर ताइवान के सवाल को ठीक से संभाला गया, तो चीन और अमेरिका के संबंध स्थिर रहेंगे। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो टकराव और संघर्ष की आशंका बढ़ सकती है।

जब पत्रकारों ने शी जिनपिंग के साथ हुई बातचीत के बारे में पूछा, तो अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने कहा कि शानदार। लेकिन उन्होंने बस इतना ही कहा। उनसे यह भी पूछा गया कि क्या उन्होंने ताइवान के बारे में चर्चा की थी। ट्रम्प ने शी जिनपिंग के साथ स्वर्ग मंदिर पहुंचने के बाद तस्वीरें खिंचवाते समय कोई जवाब नहीं दिया।

बता दें कि, ट्रंप के चीन पहुंचने से पहले अमेरिका में स्थित चीन के दूतावास ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर एक बयान जारी कर अमेरिका को चेतावनी दी थी। चीन ने कहा कि अमेरिका-चीन संबंधों में ‘चार लाल रेखाएं’ हैं, जिन्हें चुनौती नहीं दी जानी चाहिए। चीन ने जिन चार मुद्दों को सबसे संवेदनशील बताया, उनमें ताइवान का सवाल, लोकतंत्र और मानवाधिकार, दोनों देशों की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था और चीन के विकास का अधिकार शामिल हैं। चीन ने साफ संकेत दिया कि इन मुद्दों पर किसी भी तरह का दबाव या हस्तक्षेप स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
