बरेली: Bareilly Violence एक सप्ताह पहले उपद्रव की गिरफ्त में आए बरेली में शुक्रवार (जुमा) की नमाज से पहले शहर में आठ हजार पुलिसकर्मी तैनात कर दिए गए। शहर को पांच सेक्टर में बांटकर एक-एक एएसपी को प्रभारी बनाया गया है। 13 सीओ, 700 दारोगा, 2500 सिपाही समेत दूसरे जिलों से आई फोर्स को चौराहों, मस्जिदों के आसपास तैनात किया गया है।

सतर्कता की दृष्टि से गुरुवार दोपहर तीन बजे से शनिवार दोपहर तीन बजे तक (48 घंटे) इंटरनेट बंद कर दिया गया। इसके पीछे अधिकारियों ने तर्क दिया कि इंटरनेट मीडिया, वाट्सएप ग्रुप्स आदि के जरिये अराजक तत्व माहौल बिगाड़ने वाले संदेश भेज सकते हैं। शुक्रवार सुबह नौ बजे से ही संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन से निगरानी शुरू कर दी गई है।
इस बीच मंगलवार को दरगाह आला हजरत की ओर से बयान जारी हुआ कि एकपक्षीय कार्रवाई न की जाए। चेतावनी भी दी गई कि निर्दोषों पर कार्रवाई का विरोध किया जाएगा। ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई के बीच फिर से शुक्रवार आया तो नये सिरे से सुरक्षा प्लान बनाया गया। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, निषेधाज्ञा लागू होने के कारण भीड़ जुटाने की अनुमति नहीं है। यदि किसी ने ऐसा किया तो सख्त कार्रवाई होगी। गुरुवार शाम से ही सभी संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में फोर्स तैनात कर दी गई। आठ ड्रोन टीम, 15 क्यूआरटी, दंगा नियंत्रण उपकरणों से लैस टीमें लगा दी गईं। स्मार्ट सिटी परियोजना के अंतर्गत लगे पांच हजार से ज्यादा सीसीटीवी कैमरों के माध्यम से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की निगरानी की जा रही।
कानपुर के ‘आइ लव मोहम्मद’ लिखे पोस्टर विवाद की आड़ में 26 सितंबर को जुमा के नमाज के बाद उपद्रव हुआ था। इत्तेहाद-ए-मिल्लत काउंसिल अध्यक्ष के आह्वान पर आई भीड़ ने हत्या के इरादे से पुलिसकर्मियों पर फायरिंग की, पेट्रोल बम फेंके थे। इसमें 22 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए थे। उस दिन लाठीचार्ज कर स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया जा सका था। इसके बाद तौकीर, उसके करीबी नफीस, नदीम समेत 86 उपद्रवियों को जेल भेजा गया। सभी पर पुलिस पर जानलेवा हमला, बलवा, सांप्रदायिक माहौल बिगाड़ने, पुलिस से लूट आदि धाराओं में मुकदमे दर्ज किए जा चुके हैं। उपद्रवियों के अवैध भवनों की सीलिंग व ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्रवाई भी होने लगी।

आल इंडिया मुस्लिम जमात के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मौलाना शहाबुद्दीन रजवी ने गुरुवार को बयान जारी किया कि जुमा की नमाज के बाद मुसलमान अपने घरों में लौट जाएं। यदि कोई व्यक्ति धरना-प्रदर्शन के लिए बुलाए तो कतई न जाएं। कुछ मस्जिदों के इमाम राजनीति का हिस्सा बन जाते हैं, ऐसे लोगों से वास्ता खत्म कर लें।
