RBI MPC Announcements : भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की मौद्रिक नीति समिति ने सर्वसम्मति से रेपो रेट को 5.5% पर बरकरार रखने का फैसला किया है। आरबीआई गवर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा ने बुधवार को एमपीसी की तीन दिन चली बैठक के बाद इस फैसले की जानकारी दी। आरबीआई गवर्नर ने कहा है कि अनुकूल मानसून, कम मुद्रास्फीति और मौद्रिक नरमी से आर्थिक वृद्धि की संभावना मजबूत बनी हुई है।

आरबीआई गवर्नर ने एमपीसी के फैसलों का एलान करते हुए कहा कि जीएसटी को युक्तिसंगत बनाने से महंगाई पर मजबूत असर पड़ेगा। इसके साथ ही साथ ही उपभोग और विकास को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा। आरबीआई गवर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा ने कहा कि मौद्रिक नीति समिति ने नीतिगत दर को 5.5 प्रतिशत पर अपरिवर्तित रखने का निर्णय लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि एमपीसी ने मौद्रिक नीति रुख को ‘तटस्थ’ पर अपरिवर्तित रखने का फैसला किया है।
टैरिफ के कारण दूसरी छमाही में थम सकती है विकास दर
अक्तूबर महीने की एमपीसी बैठक के फैसलों के बारे में बताते हुए केंद्रीय बैंक के गवर्नर ने कहा कि इस वित्त वर्ष की दूसरी तिमाही में घरेलू आर्थिक गतिविधियां गतिमान बनी रहेंगी। हालांकि उन्होंने आशंका जताई कि टैरिफ संबंधी घटनाक्रम से इस वित्त वर्ष की दूसरी छमाही में विकास दर में कमी आ सकती है। मल्होत्रा ने बताया कि जीएसटी और अन्य सुधार आर्थिक विकास पर बाहरी कारकों के प्रभाव को कुछ हद तक कम कर देंगे। आरबीआई गवर्नर ने कहा कि मजबूत रेमिटेंस के कारण जारी वित्त वर्ष में चालू खाता घाटा टिकाऊ रहने की उम्मीद है।
नीतिगत दरों में फरवरी 2025 से 100 आधार अंकों की हुई कटौती
फरवरी 2025 से आरबीआई नीतिगत दरों में 100 आधार अंकों की कटौती कर चुका है। जून में अपनी पिछली नीति समीक्षा में, उसने रेपो दर को 50 आधार अंकों की कटौती करके 5.5 प्रतिशत कर दिया था। सरकार ने केंद्रीय बैंक को यह सुनिश्चित करने का काम सौंपा है कि उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक (सीपीआई) आधारित खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति 2 प्रतिशत के मार्जिन के साथ 4 प्रतिशत पर बनी रहे।
एमपीसी की सिफारिश के आधार पर, आरबीआई ने खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति में कमी के बीच फरवरी और अप्रैल में रेपो दर में 25 आधार अंकों की कटौती की तथा जून में 50 आधार अंकों की कटौती की। इस साल फरवरी से खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति 4 प्रतिशत से नीचे चल रही है। खाद्य कीमतों में कमी और अनुकूल आधार प्रभाव के कारण अगस्त में यह छह साल के निचले स्तर 2.07 प्रतिशत पर आ गई।
