Gaza : बीते दो साल से इस्राइल और हमास के बीच जारी जंग अब थमने वाली है। हमास और इस्राइल ने अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा प्रस्तावित संघर्ष विराम के पहले चरण पर अपनी सहमति दे दी है। काहिरा में हुए वार्ता के दौरान दोनों पक्ष इसपर सहमत हुए। बता दें कि इस संघर्ष विराम के पहले चरण के तहत, हमास सात अक्तूबर 2023 के हमले के बाद बंदी बनाए गए इस्राइली नागरिकों को रिहा करेगा। इस बीच सामने आया है कि अमेरिका गाजा में लागू युद्ध विराम समझौते की निगरानी और सहायता के लिए 200 सैनिकों को इस्राइल भेज रहा है। ये सैनिक वहां स्थापित सिविल-मिलिट्री समन्वय केंद्र में अमेरिकी सेना राहत और सुरक्षा सहायता का समन्वय करेगी।

गौरतलब है कि संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका लगभग 200 सैनिकों को इज़राइल भेज रहा है ताकि गाजा में लागू युद्ध विराम समझौते की निगरानी और सहायता की जा सके। अमेरिकी अधिकारियों के अनुसार, ये सैनिक सिविल-मिलिट्री समन्वय केंद्र में कार्य करेंगे, जो मानवतावादी सहायता, लॉजिस्टिक और सुरक्षा समर्थन को सुचारू बनाने में मदद करेगा। अमेरिकी सेना के साथ साझेदार देशों, गैर-सरकारी संगठनों और निजी क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधि भी इस पहल में शामिल होंगे। अधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि कोई भी अमेरिकी सैनिक गाजा में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा, वे केवल इस्राइल से ही सहायता कार्यों की निगरानी करेंगे।

अब एक नजर गाजा युद्ध पर
गौरतलब है कि गाजा में संघर्ष की शुरुआत दो साल पहले सात अक्तूबर 2023 को हमास का इस्राइल पर हमला करने के साथ हुई थी, जिसमें लगभग 1,200 लोगों की जान गई और 250 को बंधक बना लिया गया था।इसके बाद क्या, जब इस्राइल ने हमले करने शुरू किए तब गाजा में तबाही सातवें आसमान पर पहुंत गई।
इस्राइल ने पहले तो गाजा पर पूर्ण घेराबंदी और युद्ध की घोषणा की। उसके बाद हमले करने शुरू कर दिए। गाजा स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की माने तो अब तक के संघर्ष में कुल 67,000 फलस्तीनी मारे जा चुके हैं, जिनमें बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं और बच्चे शामिल हैं। संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने गाजा में मानवीय संकट और भुखमरी की स्थिति की पुष्टि की है।समझौते का यह कदम युद्ध विराम लागू करने और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा मध्यस्थता किए गए बंधकों के बदले फिलिस्तीनी कैदियों के आदान-प्रदान की दिशा में अहम माना जा रहा है। जारी बयान में केवल बंधकों की रिहाई का जिक्र किया गया और ट्रंप की युद्ध समाप्ति योजना के अन्य हिस्सों का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया।
